Record your temperature with a digital thermometer every morning upon awakening. Do so before rising, rolling around, getting a drink of water, taking-anything. Place the thermometer in your mouth, read your temperature, and record it.
Note your temperature on each day of your cycle and then create a graph. Notice any changes in vaginal mucus during the month: it should be wet and slippery, like egg white, around ovulation. Note these changes on your Basal Body Temperature (BBT) chart.
